NDA Before Technical Discussion
If required, MoldDrawing can review and sign an appropriate NDA before receiving confidential product data, mold drawings, project files, or customer information.
Confidential Handling of Drawings and Mold Data
Client drawings, 3D product data, mold design files, DFM comments, project requirements, file names, drawing numbers, and project codes are treated as confidential information.
Controlled Communication
Project communication is handled through your company or assigned contact person. MoldDrawing does not independently contact your end customer or other project parties unless clearly authorized.
De-Identified Website Use
MoldDrawing does not publish client project images, drawings, mold designs, or technical screenshots unless the materials are approved for public use or properly de-identified.
